HI, I’M BRENTON LEXVOLD
Raised in Southeast Minnesota, just outside of Rochester, I developed an early passion for food, leadership, and serving others. I began my professional training at Le Cordon Bleu, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts before pursuing a career in nutrition and wellness as a board-certified Registered Dietitian. I later specialized in school nutrition, earning my Specialist in School Nutrition (SNS) credential.
With more than 20 years of food service leadership experience and nearly 15 years as a Food & Nutrition Director, I partner with school districts to strengthen operations, improve compliance, develop high-performing teams, and build financially sustainable nutrition programs.
My consulting approach is centered on helping districts create efficient, student-focused nutrition programs that improve operational performance, strengthen accountability, and support long-term financial stability — while maintaining the quality, care, and experience students and communities deserve.
